Two Miami neighborhoods, one Japanese–Peruvian table. The concept connects the choice of location with the dining room, the menu, and an invitation to visit.

The opportunity
Two neighborhoods. One clear first step.
The public site already brings together Nikkei cuisine, two locations, menus, reservations, and private dining. The concept turns that material into a location-led journey, with an editorial rhythm that carries the atmosphere from the dining room to the dishes. These are design hypotheses, not measured performance results.
