Independent concept redesign / Restaurant

Novecento.

Five South Florida restaurants, one Argentine soul. This concept starts with choosing a location, then gives each dining room a clear path to its menu, reservations, and visit details.

The opportunity

One name. Five places to pull up a chair.

Novecento’s public site covers menus, locations, promotions, reservations, and private dining. The concept makes the location choice immediate and then lets the selected restaurant lead, using its own dining room, menu, and practical details. These are design hypotheses, not measured performance results.

The journey we designed

From five locations to one table.

  1. 01

    Choose

The opening presents all five South Florida restaurants together.

    Question answered
    “Where am I going?”

  2. 02

    Discover

The selected restaurant opens with its own room and invitation.

    Question answered
    “What is it like there?”

  3. 03

    Explore

A dedicated menu page organizes dishes by meal and category.

    Question answered
    “What can I order?”

  4. 04

    Visit

Address, hours, directions, and reservations sit together.

    Question answered
“How do I get a table?”

Four comparisons follow the public site and the redesign from location selection through Brickell’s menu and visit details. Original website on the left. Sparza redesign on the right, with complete sections and additional views.

01 / Opening

Let guests choose their table first.

The public homepage leads with a rotating anniversary and promotion banner while locations live in navigation menus. The concept opens on a shared table photograph and makes all five restaurants the first decision.

02 / Brickell

Give one restaurant its own character.

Both pages use a view of the Brickell dining room. The concept pairs that setting with a more personal invitation, and keeps menu and reservation paths close to the opening.

03 / Menu

Make the meal easier to explore.

The public Brickell page places menus in a set of tabs and dense categories. The concept gives Brickell a dedicated menu page with clear meal tabs, section navigation, dish descriptions, and prices.

04 / Visit

Put the practical details beside the invitation.

The public page spreads hours, map, address, and parking details across two columns. The concept brings those details together with directions and a reservation action for Brickell.
