The opportunity

A restaurant with a point of view deserved a website that sets the table.

The public site already contains the essentials: menus, wine, the chef's story, reservations, events, hours, and location. The concept gives those ingredients a more deliberate order, using the feeling of an evening at Luca to lead visitors from appetite to action—without claiming access to private analytics or conversion data.

The journey we designed

Four moments, paced like an evening out.

  1. 01

    Atmosphere

Dining-room energy and two direct actions make the opening feel like an invitation.

    Question answered
“Is this my kind of night?”

  2. 02

    Menu

Seasonal dishes and wine appear as an editorial selection rather than a document download.

    Question answered
    “What are they serving?”

  3. 03

    Point of view

The chef and restaurant story explain why the food feels specific to this place.

    Question answered
    “Why this restaurant?”

  4. 04

    Reservation

Booking, private events, hours, and location close the journey without breaking its pace.

    Question answered
“How do I get a table?”

Screen by screen

From useful information to an editorial dining experience.

Every chapter places the current public experience beside the proposed redesign, showing how menus, story, reservations, and visit details gain the atmosphere and pacing of the restaurant itself.

01 / Opening

Atmosphere from the first frame.

The opening pairs mood with reservation and menu actions, replacing a utility-first introduction with a clear sense of occasion.

02 / Menu

A point of view, not a PDF.

Selected dishes turn the menu into part of the story, allowing visitors to browse the cooking without leaving the experience.

03 / Story

The reason behind the room.

The chef and restaurant story become a visual pause between browsing the food and deciding to reserve.
