The opportunity

A sense of place, followed by a reason to stay.

Españolita’s public site introduces its Spanish kitchen, paellas, and Miami Beach setting. The concept gives that setting more space, shortens the restaurant introduction, and organizes the menu around the way guests choose a meal. These are design hypotheses, not measured performance results.

Bring Española Way into the first frame.

The public homepage leads with a food-table photograph, introduction, and fixed menu and reservation actions. The concept opens on the outdoor dining room, pairing its striped awnings with a short invitation to stay.

Give shared plates a place in the story.

The original combines an introduction to Spanish dining with a separate paella explanation. The concept uses a shorter restaurant story that leads directly into a signature paella photograph.
