About Sparza
Building useful things since 2020.
I started building for the web in 2020. The work kept moving beyond the page—into how a business gets found, how someone decides to call or book, and what happens after they do.
Sparza is how I do that work now: one studio focused on connected growth systems for established HVAC companies and restaurants.
- 01 Close to the work
- Strategy, copy, design, and build stay connected from the first conversation through launch.
- 02 Built around the operator
- The system fits how the business actually answers calls, handles bookings, and follows up.
- 03 Useful after launch
- The work is measured, improved, and documented—not handed over as a static reveal.
How it started
The website was never the whole job.
Building websites made one thing obvious: a polished page cannot fix a broken path to the customer. If calls go unanswered, booking is confusing, follow-up stops, or nobody can see what is working, the design is only covering the leak.
So the work expanded. First the page, then the path around it—tracking, booking, follow-up, reviews, and the local presence that gets someone there in the first place.
That is the point of Sparza today: make those pieces behave like one system instead of a stack of disconnected vendors and tools.
Who the work is for
Two industries. Four focused systems.
The common problem is not a lack of attention. It is losing too much of that attention between discovery and a booked job, table, or order.
What stays connected
Make it clear. Make it measurable. Keep improving it.
-
01
Find the leak
Start with the actual path from being found to getting booked. See where people stop, where the team loses time, and what cannot be measured.
-
02
Build the path
Connect the website, offer, tracking, booking, follow-up, reviews, and local presence around the way the operation already works.
-
03
Improve the system
Launch is the start of the evidence. Measure what changes, remove friction, and keep the useful parts moving together.
