The opportunity

Three trades and one local team needed one decisive front door.

The public site already presents air conditioning, duct cleaning, plumbing, and electrical service across Miami-Dade, alongside 24/7 answering, financing, and local service-area information. The concept reorganizes those public facts around the decisions a homeowner makes before calling—without claiming access to private analytics or conversion data.

The journey we designed

Four moments, from the first call to the team behind it.

  1. 01

    Urgency

Live answering, phone access, and scheduling stay visible before a homeowner has to search.

    Question answered
    “Can someone help now?”

  2. 02

    Service fit

Cooling, plumbing, and electrical work separate into distinct paths under one service company.

    Question answered
    “Do they handle this?”

  3. 03

    Scope

Each trade gets its own visual emphasis while the shared navigation keeps the wider home-service offer connected.

    Question answered
“Can one team cover the whole home?”

  4. 04

    People

The careers route turns the company fleet and working culture into a direct recruitment story.

    Question answered
    “Who is behind the work?”

Screen by screen

Four different routes, four clearer decisions.

Each chapter pairs a different public page with its proposed redesign. The sequence moves from the company homepage into plumbing, electrical, and careers instead of repeating one service template.

01 / Opening

One promise, two immediate actions.

The opening combines the three-trade offer with the company fleet, live answering, a service action, and a direct phone path.

02 / Plumbing

A service page that shows the work.

The plumbing route replaces a generic fleet-led opening with a working service image, a trade-specific promise, and immediate call or visit paths.

03 / Electrical

Safety changes the visual tone.

The electrical route moves away from the shared fleet banner into a darker, more focused opening built around residential panel work and direct service actions.

04 / Careers

Recruiting gets a page with a point of view.

The careers route replaces a general hiring page with a direct promise about stocked trucks, real dispatch support, training, and year-round work.
